Principal Engineer leading enterprise scale test automation and quality transformation across UI, API, Mobile, and Performance testing at Liberty Mutual Insurance. I design end-to-end automation frameworks and lead test strategy, planning, and delivery for large modernization programs.
I bring deep Insurance domain expertise and experience across Workforce Management platforms. Alongside automation leadership, I have strong knowledge in system design, contribute in DevOps pipelines, monitoring dashboards, and frontend development using Angular to support engineering and testing initiatives.
Recently, I have been focusing on AI-powered Quality Engineering: building RAG-based knowledge systems, LLM-driven test generation, and MCP-based automation agents, leveraging GitHub Copilot and modern AI toolchains to modernize QA at scale.
